Online Appointment System - Virtual Embassy

To make your visa appointment online, please follow the following simple procedure:

MAKE A SEPARATE APPOINTMENT FOR EACH PERSON !!!

• Click the word Calendar.
• Click the preferred month.
• Click the preferred day and time.
• Fill out the registration form and click submit.
• Within minutes you will receive an e-mail to confirm your appointment (each person will receive a separate confirmation e-mail).

Please note:

• You can make only one appointment for the same trip.
• You will have to fill out one registration form per person. Only one person per appoinment is allowed in the embassy.
• You can make appointments maximum three months in advance.
• The validity of your passport must exceed three months after the end of your planned trip, otherwise you can't make an appointment (also not by phone).
• Your confirmation e-mail has a link to our website, where you can find all the specific requirements for your visa-type and the important details.

To change or cancel an appointment, please do the following:

• Send an e-mail to kwe-ca@minbuza.nl in which you mention your name, passport number, date of travel and time of appointment.
• After receiving a reply that your appointment was cancelled, you can make a new appointment through the system on our website.
